After removing the old crumbling front steps, we found rot in the wood under our front door from water getting behind the old steps. They went above and beyond to fix the issue and put in place multiple preventative measures to make sure it never happens again. The new Trex porch is absolutely beautiful!! It’s even better than we had envisioned and no detail was left undone. It completely transforms the look of our home and we have received so many compliments already from neighbors and passerby’s. We can honesty not praise them enough. From the start we told bobby(one of the owners) what we were looking for in a deck for our backyard. We shopped around a few places and as we know there’s a lot of companies who aren’t family oriented , customer friendly and just over all in the belief that it’s more then just business…. It’s a service; that you want the customer to be satisfied with upholding their integrity and craftsmanship. M&B exceeded our expectations. From giving us a layout of what our deck would be to helping us pull permits…which our town challenged us on but M&B submitted all Of our paperwork and helped us get approved. Starting day 1 on construction they showed up bright and early ready to work. We had the privilege of having both owners and there guys build from start to finish. At the end of each work day they informed us of progress. Everyday they worked their butts off to get the job done in a timely manner with being meticulous to every detail. When the job was done we did a full walk through; they gave us advice on care of the deck and suggestions for the future enhancements! Our house looks completely different with our deck! We are in love! My husband and I have waited along time to get this deck. It was the best experience , price and company we could have ever imagined. Worth every penny!!!!
